Routes & Schedules, Trips
One of the key features of TickIT 365 is the ability to create routes. A route is a series of stops that are linked together. Routes can be scheduled or unscheduled, and they can be used for hop-on, hop-off tours or other types of tours. TickIT 365 also allows you to create trips, which are combinations of routes and schedules. This gives you the flexibility to offer a variety of tour options to your customers.
Venues
TickIT 365 also supports venues. Venues have schedules, just like routes, and they can be used for museums, theaters, or other types of attractions. TickIT 365 also allows you to create timeslots for venues, so you can sell tickets for specific time periods.
Ticket options & Cross-selling
TickIT 365 supports cross-selling and ticket options. This means that you can add additional products or services to your tickets, such as lunch, dinner, or souvenirs. This is a great way to increase your revenue and provide your customers with a more comprehensive experience.

Role Center with access to tickets, Routes, Venues and insights in upcoming events and reservations.
Let’s take a look at a route with stops
Adjust the schedule of the stops in a route.
Create variants and versions of your routes.
Variants are permanent deviations on the route. E.g., a different route outside peak hours or a longer route for dinner cruises.
Versions are used for non-permanent deviations, like detours. Versions have a fixed period in which they are valid.
Trips are the unique executions of routes on a given day in the week.
Every departure has a unique Id.
Every Trip is a copy of the route but can be changed for full flexibility.
Trips can be generated automatically when releasing routes.
From the Route, Slots can be created for a period ahead in time.
The slots are a copy of the trip.
These are unique runs on a specific date.
Slots can be reserved when ordering tickets:
Registering a slot on a sales order, automatically creates a reservation on that slot.
Availability is checked and if overbooking in not allowed an inventory warning is given.
Next to Routes we also support Venues.
Venues also have a schedule, but they don’t have stops:
The example above supports time slots for museum entry.
But the Frequency can also be omitted to support a day pass.
On Ticket items cross-sell options can be configured.
These options are added to the sales order as sales lines that are bound and linked to the ticket.
After selecting the quantity for a ticket on the sales line the following page is shown to add options:
After including the selected options, the sales order looks like this:
The options are linked to the tickets, which is visualized in the description field in the picture above.
When you change the quantity, quantity to invoice or date fields for the tickets the underlying options are also updated accordingly.
